Local arts advocate Sandy Greenhut will facilitate a public forum on "Arts for the Summit" Thursday at 7 p.m. at the Summit County Community and Senior Center. Sponsored by Our Future Summit, the meeting will feature snapshot descriptions on the activities of 22 cultural nonprofit organizations, including the towns of Breckenridge, Dillon, Frisco and Silverthorne.

Each organization in the following list will be participating in the May forum and have literature on-hand about their activities: Alpenglow Chamber Music Festival, Backstage Theatre, Breckenridge Festival of Film, Breckenridge Music Institute, COmotion dancers, Fine Arts Council of Father Dyer Church, Friends of the Summit County Libraries, Lake Dillon Theatre Company, Lake Dillon Foundation for the Performing Arts, National Repertory Orchestra, Snake River Chamber Festival, Snake River Community Association, Summit Choral Society, Summit County Arts Council, Summit Community Orchestra, Summit Concert Band, Summit County Arts Exhibit Committee, Summit Historical Society (including the Barney Ford House and the Breckenridge Heritage Foundation), Town of Breckenridge (including the Arts District and Riverwalk Center), Town of Dillon, Town of Frisco and Town of Silverthorne (including the Silverthorne Pavilion).
